We want you to love every item in your OwlCrate box, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items and your original packing slip inside a secure shipping box, ensuring all fragile bookish goodies are well-protected.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
